Senior Architects in self-employed settings often oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from conceptual design through completion. Role Description The Senior Architect role is a full time, in office position based in Kolhapur. The individual will lead architectural design projects, develop concepts and detailed plans, and ensure that designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and technical best practices. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and overseeing integration of design elements across the project. The Senior Architect will also manage project timelines and budgets, monitor progress on-site, resolve design and construction issues,



and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and detailed planning.
Experience with Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural workflows (e.g., CAD/, design collaboration platforms).
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with relevant professional licensure or registration preferred.
Proven ability to lead projects independently, communicate clearly with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and make informed technical and design decisions.
Experience in on-site supervision, construction documentation, and contractor coordination in similar architectural projects.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
