We are looking for an experienced and responsible Bakery Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our BesDay outlet at Njarakkal. The candidate will be responsible for sales, customer service, staff management, inventory control, and overall outlet performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the bakery outlet.
Supervise and coordinate bakery staff and sales personnel.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling and billing.
Maintain stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.
Coordinate with the centralised production unit for product requirements.
Monitor product quality, freshness, display, and presentation.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and operational standards.
Control wastage, expiry and unnecessary operating expenses.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.




Prepare daily sales and stock reports.
Drive sales growth through upselling and promotional activities.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Plus Two qualification; graduation preferred.
2–5 years of experience in bakery, retail, supermarket, restaurant or food service operations.
Previous experience managing a retail outlet or bakery is preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory, billing and sales management.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
