Bar Setup: Prepare the bar before opening, ensuring all beverages, glassware, ice and equipment are ready.
Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, wine and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Guest Service: Welcome guests, take orders and provide friendly, prompt and qualified service.
Product Knowledge: Understand the beverage menu and recommend drinks according to guest preferences.
Stock Management: Monitor beverage inventory, check stock levels and inform management about replenishment requirements.
Billing and Cash Handling: Ensure every order is entered into the POS system and payments are handled accurately.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the bar counter, glassware,



equipment and storage areas.
Cost and Wastage Control: Follow standard pouring measures and minimise beverage wastage and breakage.
Responsible Alcohol Service: Follow liquor regulations and ensure alcohol is not served to underage or visibly intoxicated guests.
Closing Duties: Clean and secure the bar, reconcile stock, complete closing reports and prepare the bar for the next shift.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
