About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to work as a faculty member for our 2-month HR Certificate Course designed for working professionals.

The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience and the ability to deliver job-oriented HR training through real-world assignments, case studies, HR documentation, and workplace simulations.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver practical, hands-on HR training sessions.
Train learners in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee management.
Provide training in payroll processing, attendance management, and HR documentation.
Teach labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
Conduct practical sessions on HRMS and HR-related software.




Guide learners through real-time HR assignments and case studies.
Support working professionals in applying HR skills in their workplace.

Requirements
MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or a relevant qualification.
Minimum 2–3 years of practical HR industry experience.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and compliance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Previous teaching or corporate training experience is preferred.

Preferred Candidate

An experienced HR qualified who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training suitable for working professionals.
