Principal Accountabilities
Quotation & Order Processing: Prepare, share, revise, and follow up on quotations,

approvals, purchase orders, and verification, including customer follow-ups and price

negotiations.
CRM & Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer and sales data

in the software system and maintain proper sales documentation.
Payment & Invoice Coordination: Share proforma invoices, follow up on payments, and

coordinate with the internal teams for further process after client confirmation.
Operations & Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate operations teams for machine dispatch,

share complete dispatch-related information, and track machine delivery status.
Service & Post-Dispatch Follow-up: Coordinate service-related follow-ups and ensure

smooth post-delivery support in coordination with internal teams.
Documentation & Vendor Management: Share machine and operator documents with

customers for gate pass processing and manage the vendor registration process

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
