Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced F&B; Manager to oversee restaurant operations, manage service and kitchen coordination, supervise staff, and maintain food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant and food service operations.
Supervise and guide service staff.
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
Handle customer feedback and complaints.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.




Manage staff schedules and duty allocation.
Monitor sales, expenses, and operational costs.
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
