Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of telesales experience is mandatory.

Ability to interact with customers and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire current customers through outbound and inbound telesales calls.
Promote and sell health insurance products to potential customers.
Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details to customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.




Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and call details.

Skills Required

Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

Basic computer knowledge.
