Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize food wastage.
Monitor daily sales, expenses, cash handling, and operational costs.
Ensure proper coordination between kitchen staff and service staff.
Maintain discipline and ensure all employees follow company policies.
Implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure smooth opening and closing operations.
Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
