We are hiring for a leading organization for its International Voice Customer Support process.

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Designation: Associate Customer Support / Senior Associate Customer Support
Work Mode: Work From Office and Night Shift
Employment Type: Full time / Permanent
Eligibility: Undergraduates & Graduates
Transport: Two-way transportation provided

Experience Criteria
U1: Freshers to less than 24 months of experience.
U2: More than 24 months of experience.
International / Domestic voice experience will receive 100% consideration.
Non-voice / Backend experience will receive 50% weightage.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Review customer accounts and policies using cloud-based tools.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues.
Maintain service quality and productivity standards.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities.




Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
Typing speed of at least 20 WPM with 80% accuracy.
Ability to handle customer interactions confidently.

Salary Structure:
0–6 Months: ₹3.10 LPA – Slab 1 | ₹4.50 LPA – Slab 2
7–11 Months: ₹4.22 LPA – Slab 1 | ₹5.50 LPA – Slab 2
12–17 Months: ₹4.22 LPA – Slab 1 | ₹5.50 LPA – Slab 2
18–23 Months: ₹4.22 LPA – Slab 1 | ₹5.50 LPA – Slab 2
24–48 Months: ₹4.75 LPA – Slab 1 | ₹5.50 LPA – Slab 2
48 Months+: ₹4.75 LPA – Slab 1 | ₹5.50 LPA – Slab 2
