Salary and Benefits
CTC: ₹24,000 per month
In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹20,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹20,000, based on performance

Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and convert inquiries into successful bookings and sales.
Assist customers with booking-related queries and provide accurate information about services.
Address customer concerns, resolve queries, and handle objections professionally.
Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.

Eligibility Criteria




Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, BPO, call centre, or customer support.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Solid communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to handle sales targets and customer objections.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.

Working Hours
9-hour rotational shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 12:00 midnight.
Candidates must be adaptable to work on weekends and festivals as required.

Important Information
This is a work-from-office position at Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
Candidates should be comfortable with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
Immediate joiners are preferred, if applicable.
