Manexpimp Surgicare India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Tender Executive to manage government and private tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify tenders on GeM, e-Procurement, Railway, and other government portals.
Prepare and submit tender bids, quotations, and required documents within deadlines.
Handle EMD, tender fees, BOQ, technical bids, and financial bids.
Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, documentation, and product details.
Track tender status, bid results, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Maintain tender records and ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Requirements:
Experience in tender management and GeM portal operations preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, documentation,



and online tender submission.
Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
Experience in medical and surgical product tenders will be an added advantage.

Location: Sector 69, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
