JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

l Regularly visit suppliers, manufacturers and warehouses to monitor production and dispatch activities.

l Coordinate with suppliers for order readiness, material availability and timely dispatch.

l Arrange transportation, trucks and trailers as required.

l Supervise loading and unloading of pipes and other industrial products; plan and execute container stuffing.

l Count and verify every product, box, pallet and package before dispatch.

l Maintain accurate packing lists, container-wise loading lists, weight slips and dispatch records.

l Ensure actual loaded quantities match packing lists and shipping documents.

l Maintain proper documentation, loading photographs and records of everything loaded into each container.

l Use smart planning, colour coding and labelling to manage multiple products, pallets and containers without confusion.

l Ensure proper packaging, product identification and company logo placement.

l Coordinate closely with suppliers, transporters, drivers and the office team.

l Provide accurate loading, weight,



transport and dispatch information to the accounting team for smooth documentation.

l Handle on-the-spot problems independently and find practical solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

l Young, sharp, energetic and proactive individual.

l Must be comfortable with frequent travelling and supplier visits at short notice.

l Valuable practical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills.

l Basic computer knowledge and Excel; positive communication and coordination skills.

l Driving license preferred.

l Logistics, dispatch or transportation experience preferred. Freshers with the right attitude may apply.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Someone who takes ownership, uses common sense, thinks ahead and gets work done without constant supervision.

This is a field-oriented role involving regular travel, supplier visits, loading supervision and dispatch coordination – not

a desk-only job.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
