We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Head who can lead the entire sales function, drive admissions, manage the sales team, and build a solid revenue pipeline for Foxbrain programs.

This role is not just about selling — it’s about building a system that consistently generates admissions.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Admissions Growth
Drive monthly & quarterly admission targets
Build and execute sales strategies to increase conversions
Monitor daily performance and ensure consistent lead-to-admission ratio
Team Management
Lead, train, and manage Sales Executives / Counselors
Conduct daily sales reviews & performance tracking
Create accountability and ownership within the team
Lead Management System
Oversee all lead sources: Just Dial, SEO, Meta Ads, Walk-ins, Mall activities, referrals
Ensure proper lead distribution & follow-up system
Improve conversion funnel and reduce drop-offs
Parent Counseling & Closures
Handle high-value or difficult closures
Step in for escalations and conversion support
Build solid trust with parents
Process & System Building




Design and implement sales SOPs
Create scripts, follow-up systems, and reporting formats
Work closely with marketing for campaign optimization
Reporting & Analysis
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly sales reports
Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities
Track team productivity and ROI of lead sources

Requirements
3–7 years of experience in sales (education preferred)
Experience in team handling & target achievement
Strong lead conversion & closing skills
Ability to build and manage sales systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
High ownership mindset – someone who takes responsibility for results
