Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire current customers for gold loan products.
Conduct field visits and meet potential customers.
Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates and repayment options.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the branch team for loan processing and documentation.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Interest in field sales and customer acquisition.
Knowledge of banking, NBFC or gold loan products is an advantage.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
