Job Responsibilities:
Contact customers regularly through phone calls regarding pending payments.
Follow up on overdue invoices and ensure timely payment collection.
Visit customer locations personally to collect outstanding payments.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding pending collections.
Maintain customer-wise outstanding payment records.
Update daily collection reports and payment commitments.
Ensure customers transparent overdue balances within the agreed timelines.
Submit daily follow-up and collection reports to management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
