The role focuses on managing sales operations, building solid client relationships, and ensuring consistent sales performance across real estate projects.
Will be responsible for handling Real Estate (i.e. plots, bungalows, apartments, etc) sales, client data, execution of sale agreements/ allotments. Dealing with banks for client's bank loan approvals. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with real estate regulations. Solid communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills are essential. Previous experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
