Support sales executives during product demonstrations and customer interactions.
Assist customers during purchase, exchange, repair, and service requests.
Ensure a pleasant and memorable shopping experience for customers.
Product Knowledge
Learn about gold, diamond, precious stone, and other jewellery categories.
Develop an understanding of jewellery features, pricing, purity standards, and certifications.
Stay updated on current collections, offers, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain customer interaction records and follow up on leads.
Support customer retention initiatives and jewellery schemes.
Assist in generating repeat business through excellent service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
