Job Title: Bid Manager – HVAC & Refrigeration

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Reporting To: General Manager

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager – HVAC & Refrigeration to manage end-to-end tendering, estimation, costing, and technical-commercial proposal preparation for HVAC, Refrigeration, and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete bidding process, from tender review to submission and project handover.
Prepare cost estimates, pricing models, BOQs/BOMs, and technical-commercial proposals.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Execution teams.
Review tender specifications, identify project risks, and ensure compliance.
Support client negotiations and develop competitive,



profitable bids.

Requirements:
10–15 years of relevant experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, or MEP.
Solid expertise in tendering, estimation, project costing, and bid management.
Experience in Naval Defence, Marine, Shipbuilding, Offshore, or Industrial projects is preferred.
Excellent coordination, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
