Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets and room service.
Ensure excellent food quality, presentation and service standards.
Manage, train and supervise F&B; staff, including Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, Stewards and Service Associates.
Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.
Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, and wastage control.
Prepare departmental budgets and achieve revenue targets.
Coordinate with the Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and Purchase departments.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, food safety and safety standards.
Develop menus, promotional activities and strategies to increase F&B; revenue.
Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters and departmental performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance and service quality.
Ensure proper stock management, vendor coordination and cost control.
Maintain SOPs and implement operational improvements.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
