Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead the counselling and sales team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the study abroad industry and a proven ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Lead, motivate, and manage the counselling and sales team.
Counsel students regarding international education opportunities, courses, universities, and admission processes.
Drive student enrolments and achieve branch revenue targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure smooth branch operations.
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents,
and university representatives.
Ensure timely follow-ups and a high standard of customer service.
Prepare regular business reports and updates for senior management.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of overseas education, admissions, and counselling processes.
Proven experience in team management and achieving business targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage branch operations independently.
Working Details
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
