Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify current business opportunities, manage client relationships, drive business growth, and handle company documentation and business correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop current business opportunities.
Build and maintain B2B client relationships.
Prepare company profiles, business proposals, quotations, presentations, and official correspondence.
Handle tender documentation, vendor registrations, and client onboarding documents.
Prepare business reports, agreements, and commercial documentation.
Coordinate with technical teams and clients.
Manage contract negotiations and follow-ups.




Support domestic and international business expansion.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent English communication, business writing, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and client management skills.
Experience in industrial automation, engineering, or technical sales preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Salary: Based on experience + Performance Incentives.
