Job Summary:

We are looking for a Manager – Strategic Growth & Operations to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. The role involves working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, analyse business performance, and ensure effective execution of organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
Identify business prospects and recommend strategies for growth.
Translate business objectives into actionable plans and track execution.
Analyse business performance, revenue trends, and key operational metrics.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects.
Monitor business targets, project milestones, and key deliverables.
Identify operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
Support leadership in business planning,



performance reviews, and special projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Strategy, Strategic Growth, or Business Consulting.
Experience in EdTech, Education, or Technology industries is preferred.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Understanding of business growth strategies, revenue models, and operational metrics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently.

Added Advantage
Experience working with the COO Office, CEO Office, or Founder's Office.
Exposure to strategic business projects and leadership-level initiatives.
Understanding of P&L; management, business planning, and revenue growth.
Experience in scaling business operations within an EdTech organisation.
Experience preparing management presentations and business review reports.
