Location: Rajahmundry
Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
Coordinate with customers and share quotations.
Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.
Coordinate with engineering and production teams.
Maintain enquiry records and daily follow-up reports.
Positive communication skills in English and Telugu.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Freshers can also apply.
