We’re looking for someone who understands creator trends, has a strong grasp of the evolving creator economy, and can turn bold ideas into high-impact, performance-driven campaigns. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end campaign strategy, build strong brand and creator relationships, manage high-budget campaigns, and drive measurable ROI from pitch to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Own end-to-end campaign management, from pitching and planning to execution and performance analysis.
Identify the right creators and emerging trends to deliver impactful brand collaborations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, creators, and talent agencies.
Manage campaign budgets, negotiations, deliverables, and timelines.
Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.
Lead client presentations, strategic pitches, and campaign reporting.




Stay ahead of creator trends, platform updates, and emerging prospects in influencer marketing.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital campaign management.
Robust understanding of social media platforms, creator trends, and audience behaviour.
Experience managing large-budget campaigns and multiple brand relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to connect creative ideas to business results.
Robust project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
