Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years

Prepare PHE entire project and plumbing layout detailed drawings from spatial stage.

Prepare water supply, drainage, sewage and stormwater drawings & schematics.

Prepare firefighting layouts, sprinkler and hydrant system drawings.

Prepare fire pump room layouts and fire riser diagrams.

Prepare detailed GFC drawings, working drawings and schematic diagrams.

Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs and material schedules.

Coordinate with architectural, structural and other MEP disciplines.

Review drawings and incorporate Arch / structural comments.

Guide junior CAD engineers and ensure timely drawing submissions.

Technical Skills:

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.

Robust experience in PHE and Fire Fighting systems.

Knowledge of NBC and relevant IS codes.

Revit MEP and Navis works knowledge will be an added advantage.

Experience in residential, commercial, hospitals, education high-rise and industrial building projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
