Managing Operations: Plan daily tasks, assign work shifts, track deadlines, and ensure production or service goals are met on time. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Team Leadership & Coaching: Train current hires, provide ongoing performance feedback, mentor staff, and motivate team members. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Communication & Liaison: Relay company policies and updates from upper management to the team, and report team progress, needs, or roadblocks back to managers. [1, 2, 3]
Performance & Record Keeping: Conduct performance evaluations, keep attendance and timekeeping records, and handle disciplinary actions when policies are broken. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
