Job Summary:

Responsible for setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) as per process requirements and drawings to produce precision components with high accuracy, surface finish, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up VMC machines according to production requirements.
Load and verify CNC programs before production.
Perform tool setting, tool changing, and tool offset corrections.
Set workpiece zero (Work Offset) and verify machine alignment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
Inspect first-off and in-process components using measuring instruments.
Monitor machining operations to maintain product quality.
Troubleshoot minor machines, tooling, and program-related issues.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:




Hands-on experience in Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi control systems.
Robust understanding of fixture setup, tool selection, and machining parameters.
Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings and G-code programs.
Knowledge of basic measuring instruments and inspection methods.
Valuable problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
