Job Description – Night Security Guard Job Title: Night Security Guard Department: Security Industry: Hotel / Hospitality Job Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift Job Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and property during night hours. 2. Monitor the main entrance and control entry and exit of visitors. 3. Maintain a proper record of visitors, vehicles, and deliveries. 4. Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel premises, including parking areas, corridors, and common areas. 5. Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities immediately. 6. Ensure that unauthorized persons do not enter the hotel premises. 7. Handle guest and staff security concerns in a polite and qualified manner. 8. Respond immediately to emergencies, fire alarms, theft, or other security incidents. 9. Coordinate with the Front Office and Hotel Management during night operations. 10. Maintain a Night Security Register and prepare a proper shift handover report. 11.



Ensure all doors, gates, and restricted areas are properly secured. 12. Maintain discipline and follow hotel security policies. Requirements & Qualifications: 1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security work (preferred). 2. Physically fit, alert, and responsible. 3. Valuable communication and observation skills. 4. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly. 5. Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and security procedures. 6. Must be punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy. 7. Previous hotel security experience will be an advantage. Working Hours: Night Shift (As per hotel duty schedule). Salary: As per experience and hotel standards.
