Lead Generation & Follow-ups: Engage prospective buyers from company-provided leads, manage inquiries, and build a steady sales pipeline.
Site Visits: Take clients on physical tours of projects across growth hubs like Current Town, Rajarhat, and Salt Lake, explaining floor plans and amenities.
Market Research: Track localized price trends, competitor offerings, and developer reputations in Kolkata.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Help clients navigate price discussions, payment structures, and booking formalities.
End-to-End Support: Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, and banks for home loans and documentation
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
