Job Title: Manual Tester – Automation Aspirant

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester with 5 years of experience who is enthusiastic about learning and transitioning into test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing fundamentals, a certification in test automation, and a willingness to develop hands-on automation skills.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing.
Identify, document, track, and retest defects using defect-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure product quality.
Execute test cases and maintain test documentation and reports.
Understand existing automation frameworks and gradually contribute to automation script development.
Learn and apply automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright,



or Cypress based on project requirements.
Participate in test planning, requirement reviews, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required Skills
Around 5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
Robust understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
Experience in writing test cases, executing test scenarios, and reporting defects.
Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
Strong interest and willingness to learn test automation tools and frameworks.
Basic knowledge of any automation tool such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is an added advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
