Job Description – Showroom Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily showroom operations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor jewellery sales, stock, and inventory.
Maintain showroom display, presentation, and staff grooming.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Prepare sales reports and coordinate with head office.
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
