We are looking for an experienced Carpentry & Wood Section Supervisor to manage daily production activities in our wood and carpentry section. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of woodworking, furniture manufacturing, and experience handling carpenters and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily carpentry and woodwork production activities.
Manage and allocate work to carpenters and helpers.
Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion.
Maintain product quality and accuracy.
Manage labour and ensure effective workforce utilisation.
Monitor material usage and minimise wastage.
Coordinate with the Production Manager regarding production schedules and material requirements.
Maintain worker discipline, attendance, and safety standards.
Handle day-to-day production issues and delays.




Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and machinery.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in carpentry, furniture manufacturing, or wood production supervision.
Positive knowledge of carpentry and woodworking processes.
Experience managing carpenters and helpers.
Strong labour management and team-handling skills.
Ability to manage production targets and meet deadlines.
Positive leadership and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
