Business Development Executive

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Role Summary
Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical institutions to connect students and faculty with BIMLABS training and project-based learning opportunities in digital construction.

Key Responsibilities
Identify prospective engineering colleges, universities, architecture schools, polytechnics, and other technical institutions across India, the GCC, and other regions.
Build and maintain a database of institutions and key contacts, including department heads, faculty, and placement or training teams.
Contact academic institutions through email, phone, LinkedIn, and education or industry events.
Arrange meetings and present BIMLABS training, digital construction services, and project experience opportunities.
Understand institutional needs, learner groups, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
Gather program requirements, such as disciplines, learner levels, learning objectives, schedules, and delivery formats, to support proposal preparation.
Coordinate workshops, seminars,



and training activities with academic partners and BIMLABS teams.
Track outreach, meetings, prospective partnerships, and follow-up actions.

Skills and Competencies
Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Confidence building relationships with academic leaders, faculty, and students.
Ability to research institutions, conduct outreach, and qualify opportunities.
Positive organization and attention to detail when maintaining contact records and documenting requirements.
Interest in AECO, BIM, digital construction, and skilled education.

Work Schedule
48 hours per week, 8 hours per day.

Training and Review
The role includes a six-month training period with a performance review.
