We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer (Electrical) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing electrical drawings, preparing BOQs, calculating material and labour costs, and supporting the tendering and bidding process for electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities
Study and review electrical drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for electrical projects.
Calculate quantities of electrical materials, equipment, accessories and labour requirements.
Prepare rate analysis and cost breakdowns for various electrical works.
Analyse project drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), layouts and technical specifications.
Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and suppliers for electrical materials.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Project and Technical teams for material rates and project requirements.
Prepare techno-commercial offers, tender documents and estimation reports.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality and specifications.
Review tender documents and ensure all required items are considered in the estimation.
Assist in preparing revised estimates based on changes in drawings,



specifications or project scope.
Maintain proper records of estimates, BOQs, quotations and tender submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical estimation, preferably in MEP or electrical contracting companies.
Positive knowledge of electrical systems, materials and installation practices.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs and layouts.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off and rate analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of electrical tendering and costing procedures.
Robust analytical, coordination and communication skills.
Positive attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in electrical estimation and tendering, with the ability to independently prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates. The candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound and capable of coordinating with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
