PPC Engineer

Location: Kuha/Chandial, Ahmedabad
Experience: 6+ Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech – Mechanical
Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PPC Engineer to handle production planning, scheduling, material coordination, and production control.

Experience in heavy machinery, industrial machinery, concrete machinery, fabrication, or engineering manufacturing preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly & monthly production plans.
Plan production based on orders, capacity, manpower & material availability.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Design, Quality & Sales teams.
Monitor production progress and resolve delays/bottlenecks.
Ensure timely availability of materials and components.




Monitor WIP and production flow.
Coordinate BOM, drawings and revisions with the Design team.
Prepare Daily Production Reports, MIS and PPC records.
Monitor production efficiency and capacity utilization.
Ensure timely production and delivery targets.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of PPC, BOM, MRP, WIP & capacity planning.
Experience in machinery/heavy engineering manufacturing.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel & ERP.
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.
