We are looking for Field Technicians to support network operations through in office technical assistance, network troubleshooting and maintenance activities. Freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities
Visit assigned locations for technical troubleshooting and support.
Assist with network installation and maintenance activities.
Identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot broadband and network-related faults.
Coordinate with the NOC team for technical support and issue resolution.
Perform routine network checks and preventive maintenance.
Maintain service reports and update work status.




Ensure timely resolution of assigned technical issues.

Eligibility Criteria
Freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge can apply.
Basic understanding of networking and telecommunications.
ITI, Diploma or relevant technical qualification is preferred.
Knowledge of broadband, routers and network equipment is an advantage.
Willingness to work in field operations.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary Details
Fresher / Basic Knowledge: ₹2.40 LPA (CTC).
Experienced: ₹3 LPA (CTC).

Working Hours

Rotational Shifts.
