Assist the Chief Engineer in managing the overall engineering and maintenance operations.
Supervise daily maintenance activities across the hotel/resort.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, HVAC, air-conditioning and plumbing systems.
Monitor and maintain water supply, sewage treatment plants (STP), water treatment plants (WTP) and swimming pool equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, public areas and staff facilities.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment and machinery.
Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum operational downtime.
Supervise and guide the engineering and maintenance team.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors and service providers.
Monitor engineering inventory,



spare parts and maintenance expenses.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety and statutory requirements.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs and departmental reports.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen and other departments to resolve maintenance issues.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and cost-control measures.
Ensure all engineering activities follow hotel SOPs and safety standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
