Personal Assistant

SPIHER is looking for a well-organised, responsible, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Applicants should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to manage official tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage appointments, schedules, meetings, and reminders.
Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other official documents.
Maintain physical and digital files, records, and confidential information.
Coordinate with different departments and follow up on assigned tasks.
Assist with daily administrative activities and office operations.
Perform data entry and update information in Excel sheets and institutional systems.
Manage document scanning, printing, PDF preparation, and file sharing.
Use email, internet browsers, Google Workspace, and other office applications.




Support management with assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of work.

Eligibility Criteria
Any undergraduate degree; graduates from any discipline may apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet usage.
Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and PDF tools is preferred.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Professional attitude, confidentiality, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.
Ability to communicate professionally with management, staff, and visitors.
