About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Research Analyst who can identify relevant businesses, research decision-makers and prepare accurate prospect databases to support the company's sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct online research to identify potential business prospects.
Research company websites, Google Search, Google Maps and business directories.
Identify relevant business contacts and decision-makers.
Gather company information, business emails, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles.
Verify contact details using email verification tools.
Use Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research.
Classify and segment prospects according to industry and targeting criteria.
Maintain structured databases in Excel, Google Sheets or CRM.
Identify and remove invalid, outdated and duplicate records.




Prepare prospect research reports and share qualified data with the sales team.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Research, Prospect Research or Lead Generation.
Experience in finding company information and decision-makers.
Knowledge of Apollo.io, LinkedIn and data research tools.
Understanding of email verification and data accuracy.
Valuable Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Robust attention to detail and research capabilities.
Digital marketing or IT services research experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
