Job Description: Residential Team Leader

Location: Sector 69, Gurugram
Experience: 2+ Years in Real Estate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the residential sales team to achieve targets.
Generate leads, conduct site visits, and drive property closures.
Monitor team performance and provide sales guidance.
Build robust client relationships and negotiate deals.
Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
Requirements:
Robust experience in residential real estate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per hour
