Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter for the resort and hospitality industry. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the complete recruitment process, job pipeline management, attendance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete hiring process, from job posting and sourcing candidates to screening, interviews, selection, and joining.
Job Pipeline Management: Maintain, update, and monitor the recruitment pipeline, track candidate status, and manage each hiring stage effectively.
Pipeline Tools: Know how to access and operate job portals, recruitment dashboards, ATS, or other hiring management systems.
Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely joining.
Hospitality Recruitment: Recruit suitable candidates for resort and hospitality roles, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, kitchen, and other departments.
Attendance Management: Maintain employee attendance records, monitor punctuality, manage leave records, and prepare attendance reports.
Joining & Onboarding: Coordinate documentation, joining formalities, induction, and employee records.
HR Operations: Maintain employee databases,



recruitment reports, hiring trackers, and other HR documentation.
Manpower Planning: Coordinate with department heads to understand vacancies and fulfil staffing requirements on time.
Employee Coordination: Support employees with HR-related queries and coordinate with management regarding staffing and attendance issues.
Recruitment Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on vacancies, candidate follow-ups, interviews, selections, and joining status.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience candidate 1 yrs to 5 yrs
Practical knowledge of the complete recruitment cycle.
Valuable understanding of job pipelines and candidate tracking systems.
Knowledge of attendance management and basic HR operations.
Familiarity with job portals, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment trackers.
Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Prior experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality recruitment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
