Job Title: Credentialing Manager

We are seeking an energetic Credentialing & Enrollment Manager to oversee the enrollment process for over 30 dental clinics. In this energetic role, you will ensure that every dentist properly enrolled with insurance companies, Medicare, and state Medicaid programs. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare credentialing, preferably in a multi-location dental group or a large dental service organization (DSO). Robust knowledge of insurance company enrollment procedures and adherence to relevant regulations are essential.

Key Responsibilities. Manage the intake, verification, processing, and renewal of credentials, licenses, certifications, and background checks for Dental Provider

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all credentials comply with states ( Texas Medicaid and Oklahoma Medicare, federal, and organizational regulatory standards.

Reporting & Documentation: Generate regular reports on credentialing metrics, pending applications, and upcoming expirations for Dentists.





Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in credentialing, compliance, licensing, (preferably within [ Medical and Dental Healthcare)

Technical Skills: Proficiency in credentialing software, database management systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace.

Note : Solid, hands-on experience and good knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid enrollment processes ( Specify States Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico , guidelines, and provider revalidation standards.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
