Job Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to handle day-to-day banking and financial activities for our manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for managing banking transactions, maintaining financial records, coordinating with banks, and supporting the finance team in smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle daily banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque processing.
Coordinate with banks for account-related matters, loan documentation, and banking compliance.
Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements on a regular basis.
Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and other stakeholders.
Process NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other online banking transactions.
Maintain records of all banking documents, guarantees, and financial transactions.
Assist in handling LC (Letter of Credit), BG (Bank Guarantee), and other banking instruments.
Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.




Coordinate with auditors and provide required banking-related documents.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2 years of experience in accounts and banking operations, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Good knowledge of banking procedures and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and online banking platforms.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation will be an added advantage.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in handling multiple bank accounts and financial coordination.
Familiarity with manufacturing industry processes and vendor payments.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
