Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to monitor daily operational performance, analyze service metrics, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues. The ideal candidate should have positive Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to track KPIs, identify recurring problems, and prepare accurate reports to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily operational performance and service levels.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order delays and service-related issues.
Maintain trackers for order volumes, cancellations, delays, and customer complaints.
Compare actual operational performance against defined targets and KPIs.
Validate operational data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Identify recurring issues, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using spreadsheets.
Support teams in improving operational efficiency and service quality.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.




Communicate operational updates and performance insights to relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–3 years of experience in operations, reporting, or data analysis; freshers may apply.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
Understanding of data tracking, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
