JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to support revenue accounting, receivables, collections, credit control and financial reporting across business divisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Monitor and record Water Park revenue and related expenses, including agent commissions.

· Support credit control, debtor management and recovery of overdue payments.

· Maintain agent agreements, verify bills and coordinate payments.

· Monitor outstanding payments, prepare ageing reports and follow up for collections.

· Prepare revenue, collection, MIS and sales incentive reports.

· Coordinate with banks for old bank guarantees and pending export advances.

· Ensure timely accounting entries and statutory compliance.

· Visit Water Park/factory locations and travel across India for recovery when required.

· Handle other accounts-related responsibilities as assigned.





REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

· Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Receivable.

· Understanding of revenue accounting, billing and credit control.

· Basic knowledge of GST and statutory compliance.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP/SAP.

· Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

· Willingness to travel as required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

A detail-oriented and proactive candidate with strong accounting fundamentals and 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, Debtors Management or Credit Control.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
