Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Commis 2 or Commis 1 in a professional kitchen
Education: A culinary degree or diploma is a plus, but equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
Skills: Strong knife skills, basic knowledge of cooking techniques, and understanding of kitchen safety.
Attributes: High energy, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong desire to learn.
Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the business.
