Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Technician with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Operation Theatre. Candidates with scrub-side experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons and the surgical team in the scrub-side role during operations.
Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments and equipment.
Maintain aseptic techniques and follow infection control protocols.
Prepare surgical instruments, gowns, drapes, and other required materials.
Monitor the availability of surgical supplies and maintain OT readiness.
Follow hospital protocols for biomedical waste disposal and patient safety.
Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and other OT staff to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or relevant qualification in OT Technology.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an OT Technician.
Scrub-side experience is preferred.
Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization procedures, and infection control practices.
Valuable communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
