Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Indian Chef to prepare authentic Indian cuisine, maintain food quality, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. The candidate should have robust knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, regional cuisines, and food presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of Indian dishes, including North Indian and South Indian cuisine.
Prepare curries, gravies, dals, rice dishes, vegetables, and Indian breads.
Handle ingredient preparation, marination, and spice mixing.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Follow recipes and standard food preparation procedures.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about ingredient requirements.
Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely food service.




Follow food safety standards and maintain kitchen equipment properly.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Expertise in preparing Indian curries, gravies, tandoori accompaniments, and regional dishes.
Knowledge of spices, herbs, and flavor combinations.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation.
Valuable time management and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen workplace.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Culinary arts or hotel management qualification preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Indian cuisine; hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in Indian food preparation and kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
