Job Description · Updating new asset data into CMDB · Maintain records of devices recovered and sending them for disposal services · Work with Deskside engineers and ServiceNow resources as per asset rollout plan and distribute assets · Dispatch of new assets to multiple ServiceNow locations · Provide IT support in person and act as liaison for other issues and inquiries from ServiceNow employees · Receive preconfigured devices from OEM
