Position: Lab Chemist
Industry: Chemical Manufacturing
Location: Near SNR Sons college
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply)
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry

Job Summary

We are looking for a Lab Chemist to support laboratory operations, quality testing and chemical analysis in our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for conducting routine chemical tests, maintaining quality standards and ensuring accurate laboratory documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine chemical testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
Prepare chemical solutions, reagents and laboratory samples.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
Record test results and maintain laboratory reports and documentation.
Identify and report quality deviations or abnormalities.
Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.




Follow laboratory safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the laboratory.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of analytical and inorganic/organic chemistry.
Knowledge of laboratory testing methods and chemical analysis.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.
Positive observation, documentation and analytical skills.
Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Eligibility
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or industrial laboratory preferred.
Freshers with solid chemistry fundamentals may also apply.
